Where do we deliver? And how long does shipping take?
We deliver to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days within Cairo and Giza, and 3 to 6 business days for the rest of the governorates
Are the products natural and safe for all skin types?
Yes, all of our products are made from high-quality natural oils and ingredients, and are free from harmful chemicals. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before first use to ensure suitability for your skin
What is the exchange and return policy?
You can request an exchange or return for the product within only two days (48 hours) from the date of receiving the shipment, in case of damage, manufacturing defect, or order error, provided that the product is in its original condition and original packaging without being opened or used
